Gateway's New "One" PC

I haven't been a large fan of Gateway, but I must say, this PC look beautiful. Dubbed as the Gateway One, it has the look of the recently released iMacs. That is probably why I like it so much. Gateway One is a sleek little all-in-one computer, sporting a fancy slot-loading DVD burner, a bunch of inputs and even wall-mounting capabilities.

One thing I don't like to much about the iMac is the large unused portion of screen. It annoys me. The Gateway One is the same way. You'll notice the very large section that is unused. Perhaps the all-in-one computers have yet to master the ideal form of the machines, but I would use that space for more screen at least.

The outside looks just as good as the inside featuring a 1.5GHz Core 2 Duo processor, 2GB of RAM, a 320GB HDD and Intel X3100 integrated graphics. There will be a higher model also adding a webcam, 2GHz processor, 3GB of RAM, 500GB HDD and Mobility Radeon HD 2600 dedicated graphics. Not bad. Price and availability will be announced tomorrow.
