Grand Theft Auto IV Released

I'm no gamer, but the excitement was felt tremendously throughout the community as teens and even adults flocked to the nearest GameStop to retrieve their copy of Grand Theft Auto IV. I know this because I was the one that took my roommate to pick up his copy.

The excitement wasn't just in my area, but areas all over, as the company's value rose 17 cents a share in NASDAQ trading. Thousands of stores in the US,UK, Canada, Australia, and worldwide opened their doors at midnight local time to sell Grand Theft Auto IV. Here in the States, some of those stores included Best Buy, Game Crazy, and GameStop.

For those of you who are fans of the game, and not currently playing your copy as I type this message, and do not own it yet, then I must warn you (if you have not seen online everywhere) that the game is graphic to the ears and eyes. Some of you may know this from previous versions, but this newest one takes it a step up requiring no one under the age of 18 to buy or rent this game.

The graphics are great, not to mention the technology behind making such an interactive 3D games which, in my opinion, is like watching a movie when you first start the game. It takes you through the story line and you play and watch as the story line progresses. It is rather interesting to watch.

If you have yet to see real time play or have gotten a chance to play yourself, you should. Although, as mentioned, if you are sensitive to drugs, sex, action, and language, then you may have to look forward to another game to be released.
