AIM Pages

So this is what the "Myspace Killer" is suppose to look like. Pretty interesting looking. AIM Pages is built on giving users ways to collect and connect to various parts of the web — and each other — from one base. For instance, users can add a flickr module. Other modules focus on AOL content, like the Top 11 list from AOL Music; options will be limited at first with more modules being introduced on a rolling basis.

The publishing tool is designed to make the process more simple and the results more attractive. To improve discoverability, AOL settled on an easy personalized domain — www.aim.com/[screenname]

I like the idea and the layout. A "Myspace Killer?" I doubt it, but I think they will do well as AIM currently dominates a huge percentage in the communication department.
