53 Million customers minus one. I have had all I can take with Verizon Wireless. I have been with the service provider for many years. I was quite satisfied with their services until recently. If you know me, you know that I had some problems with them last month. They cut off my service because I forgot to pay a bill. Understandable. However, I paid and they said I owed more because I was canceling the service. They thought I canceled the service so they charged me more and I refuse to pay so I was without a phone for quite sometime. I finally spoke to someone intelligent and they corrected the situation.
I was happy to be back with them, and they give me more problems. They added more fees to the account and want to charge me a cancellation fee for the other two line of $175 when I was told serveral times that that was to be taken care of and it was a mistake. They did not mean to do that and even if I were canceling the service, I would only be charged one fee of $175 for the main line, which is my line. One CSR is telling me one thing and the others I speak to are telling me something entirely different, so I give up. I am dropping them and moving to another provider. That is after all this fee crap is taken care of, so once more, I'll be without a cell for a couple of weeks.
Any suggestions?
