The title says it all. About a week ago, Microsoft made an announcement on a rather interesting {smart} deal. Starting on September 20 (This Thursday), Any student with a valid ".edu" address will be eligible to purchase Office Ultimate 2007 for $60! That is just too good to be true, isn't it?
You are probably thinking, "yeah right." Well, it is true my frineds. This is not a cut down version, not a trial, not a scam, not ad supported--the real deal. The downloadable Office Ulitmate 2007 includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Publisher, OneNote, Groove, and InfoPath, so you will be all set--for only $60! Can't beat that. On a side note, the Ultimate edition is regularly priced at $679.
If you are want to jump on the deal and you have a VALID ".edu" address, then go here. Don't try to trick them though, because Microsoft is checking the email addresses.
