Sony Vaio FZ

It is not very often when I look at a laptop and find it better looking than my current Powerbook, but a new computer has many heads turning, including mine. Not only is the new Sony Vaio beautiful, but it is also affordable.

Sony has always made nice looking products, but they have not always come at a cheap price. In fact, Sony products can be a little overpriced. That is probably why I've never owned a Sony computer, however, the new Vaio FZ might be the first very soon!

The Sony Vaio FZ features a Blu-ray and burner, HDMI output, and 1280x800 pixels coated in the growing Xbright high-color technology. It also comes with 802.11n, a built in camera (like the MacBook Pros), and a promised battery life of 2-4 hours. That is somewhat dissapointing considering many laptops today exeed that. This is probably because of the powerful features the computer offers. This is a cheap Blu-ray solution if you are looking.

The standard FZ will set you back $1400, whereas the top model will set you back $2000. This is not really bad at all. I will definately consider one. The full specs from the sony website are below:
